Current Open Roles

Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant — Part Time

A detail-oriented, proactive support role for administrative tasks, scheduling, email management, data entry, and member support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Email and administrative support

  • Assisting with directory onboarding

  • Tracking leads and affiliate activities

  • Supporting the CEO & COO with operational tasks

Muscle Club™ Instructor — Contract

Expert-level educator with strong anatomical knowledge. Ideal for instructors who understand advanced neuromuscular therapy, functional movement, or massage-based clinical work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching 1–2 classes/week via Zoom

  • Preparing class materials

  • Delivering high-value demonstrations & structured training

  • Supporting students with questions

TMJ Therapist Directory Verification Specialist — Contract

Supports the intake and verification of practitioners joining the TMJ Directory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing applications

  • Verifying licenses, insurance, and TMJ training

  • Managing onboarding steps

  • Communicating with applicants as needed
