  • Yes! Monthly plans can be canceled at any time through your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period.

  • We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual plans. All sales are final. However, you may cancel at any time and won’t be charged again.

  • Founding Member pricing is only available once. If you cancel and return later, you’ll rejoin at the standard rate.

  • You'll get an email with next steps as we open enrollment. Founding Member slots will be offered in the order received.

  • Founding Members:
    Yes! You can change your plan at any time and still keep your Founding Member rate.

    • Switching from monthly to yearly?
      You can upgrade anytime and lock in your discounted rate for the full year.

    • Your team is growing?
      You can upgrade to a higher business tier whenever needed. Just pay the setup fee for each new LMT added to your listing. The new tier’s Founding Member rate will go into effect at your next billing cycle.

    • Your team is shrinking?
      If your team size drops and you now qualify for a smaller plan (e.g., Medium → Small Business), that change will also take effect at your next billing cycle — and you’ll keep the Founding Member rate for the new tier.


    Non-Founding Members:
    Yes, you can change your membership plan at any time.

    • Upgrading to a higher tier?
      You can upgrade at any time. Just pay the setup fee for any new LMTs you add. The new rate will take effect at your next billing cycle based on current pricing.

    • Downgrading to a lower tier?
      If your team size decreases, your plan will be adjusted at your next billing cycle based on current pricing. Any promotional rates you had may no longer apply.

Getting Listed

  • Yes. All therapists listed must offer TMJ-specific services and be approved through our verification process.

  • Once you join, you’ll complete a therapist intake form. We manually review and post your listing in the correct region. You’ll be notified when it goes live.

  • Yes! Business plans include one listing per therapist plus a business listing. Our team tracks your therapist count manually for accuracy.

  • Absolutely. Just reach out to our team with your requested changes. If you cancel, your listing will be removed by the end of your billing cycle.

  • No. Any therapist who specializes in the jaw, head, neck, and face is welcome — regardless of modality — as long as TMJ is a clear part of your practice.

Client Referrals & Visibility

  • We’ve built SEO-optimized landing pages for every region and are investing in digital marketing and partnerships to increase visibility.

  • Yes — all members receive a mini-training on how to build referrals with local dentists. We also provide tips in our private community and live networking calls.

Community & Support

  • You’ll have access to monthly Zoom networking calls, mini-trainings, and a private online space to connect with other TMJ Therapists.

  • Inside the NMTA Circle platform, where you’ll find discussion threads, Zoom replays, and regional updates. You can also download the free Circle app to stay connected with the community right from your phone.
